Australia domestic shipping
Erth Ceramics ships to all destinations within Australia only. A confirmation email with your tracking number will be emailed to you once your parcel has been sent, so that you can track the delivery of your items. All orders will take 2-5 business days to be dispatched. This excludes public holidays and any specified dates such as collection launches and sale periods.
We use Australia Post and ship via regular or express post. Regular post is a flat rate of $10 and express is $14.
Returns
Erth Ceramics only accepts returns, exchanges or refunds on a case by case basis, so please choose carefully and get in contact with any questions you have before purchase! If you are unhappy with your purchase please get in touch immediately and we will try to assist as best we can.
